Return Policy
Daysi Collection Inc. does not accept returns for refund or exchange (for hygiene reasons). All items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE. In the rare event your item is defective or missing please contact our Customer Care team at Daysicollectioninc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. In your email please include your full name, order number, description and photograph of the defect and we will resolve this situation with you promptly.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after your order was placed and receive a full refund. You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours.

DaysiCollectionInc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with DaysiCollectionInc.com you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.DaysiCollectionInc is also not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address entered in by the customer. Our system will automatically try to correct your incorrect address but is not always successful. Please confirm your address on your order confirmation. Your address cannot be adjusted after a shipping label has been created.
